Best practices – Group vs. One-on-One Advising during priority registration. Drop-ins vs. scheduled appointments. Faculty vs. staff advising (or a hybrid version). What models do you utilize? Please come and share your experiences, as well as the forms, protocols and techniques you use to manage heavy case-loads during peak periods!
